Welcoming the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to our National Control Centre

It was great to host colleagues from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero at our National Control Centre (NCC) for gas at Warwick today.
We discussed the critical role of National Gas in maintaining a secure and resilient energy supply for the UK, as well as how we can unlock clean power and net zero with hydrogen blending, biomethane, the core hydrogen network, and Carbon Capture and Storage in Scotland.
Thanks to Ashley Ibbett, Stefanie Murphy and Ela Oldfield for taking the time to visit our office today. We always look forward to collaborating with government as we strive to deliver net zero and ensure energy security for millions across the UK.
Well done to the team in the NCC for facilitating today's visit and for continuing to keep the gas flowing every day.
