We are thrilled to announce the results of our latest customer service survey, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We survey across 6 key measures, here are some of the highlights:
NPS Score of +65: We’re proud to be recognized in the upper quartile once again.
CSAT: We continue to offer best in class customer service at 89, reflecting our consistent commitment to excellence.
Customer Trust: 91% of our customers trust us implicitly.
Taking Action: For the first time ever, we've achieved a 100% score from customers confirming that we will take action based on their feedback.
Ease to work with: 90% of our customer find interactions with NGM easy and hassle free
Customer Preference: 83% of our customers state that NGM are their preferred partner for all of their gas metering & connections needs.
