From new connections to maintenance and upgrades
National Gas Metering is the largest metering asset provider and manager for the traditional metering market. We provide high-quality meters and ancillary equipment, advanced meter reading (AMR) devices, and – where required – all associated pipework and infrastructure for new gas connections. We have a proven track record of managing large metering equipment roll-out programmes on any scale.
Our full range of services includes meter installations, upgrades and downgrades, functionality changes (credit to pre-payment or vice versa), meter removal, maintenance and fault repair (off-supply) services. We also supply field engineers to support any debt recovery works.

Our Customer Services Centre is available seven days a week (M-F 08:00-20:00; Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays 09:00-17:00). In addition, we provide a self-serve web portal where our customers can access all of our services. We provide national coverage, with engineers located across mainland Great Britain.
