RIIO-GT3 Price Control Financial Model

In our Licence, Special Conditions 2.1 (Transportation owner revenue restriction) and 2.3 (System operator revenue restriction) determine the annual TO (Transportation Owner) Allowed Revenue and SO (System Operator) Allowed Revenue we can recover in respect of National Transmission System (NTS) TO Charges and NTS SO Charges respectively. 

RIIO-GT3 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM)

The RIIO-GT3 PCFM is a Price Control Financial Instrument which provides for the calculation of TO Allowed Revenue and SO Allowed Revenue in accordance with the licence conditions. Certain inputs to the RIIO-GT3 PCFM (the PCFM variable values) are updated, resulting in updates to TO Allowed Revenue and SO Allowed Revenue within the price control period.
