Gemini Sustain Plus Upgrade - 23rd March

On Sunday 23rd March 2025, the Gemini system will be subject to a major upgrade. Changes include:

• A new internet enabled URL https://geminiplus.co.uk
• Improved user interface
• Increased security
• Some changes to processes to offer a better user experience
• API move from IX to APIM gateway

In preparation for this change you will need to complete some steps to ensure Organisational Readiness. These are:

• Accept your invitation to onboard to the upgraded Gemini system, and complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) set up.
• Online users will need to have connected to, and bookmarked the new URL.
• Onboard to the Learning Management System (LMS). You should complete the two mandatory training modules and further training modules that apply to your role.
• Have migrated any APIs you use from the IX to the APIM gateway.
• Ensure all User Agreements are in place.

Please be aware that the following Gas Data Portal reports will be affected during the outage to Gemini on Sunday 23rd March, 03:00 – 13:00:

• Exit Capacity Availability Report
• Entry Capacity Availability Report
• Daily Auction Summary Report
• Exit Capacity Constraint Report (Prompt Buyback and Offtake Flow Reduction)
• AOF - NTS Physical Entry End Of Day (NTSEOD)
• UK Wholesale Gas Market Liquidity Data
• Gas Trading Report
• Nomination Report
• System Nomination Balance
