Gemini Database Upgrade

The Database Upgrade implementation will take place on Sunday 1st November 2026. There will be a planned outage window between 03:00 until 05:00.

Please be aware during this outage window Gemini application will be unavailable including APIs and file processing will be put on hold. Industry communications will continue to be circulated via ANS messages to keep you informed of the implementation progress throughout the outage period.

Following implementation, please note that the Gemini service will process all queued files in chronological order.  For further information, please visit Xoserve website

Gemini Autumn Clock Change Update

The Autumn Clock Change from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) will take place on Sunday 25 October 2026. At 02:00 BST, the clocks will move back one hour to 01:00 GMT.

Please be aware that Gemini will operate a restricted service during the first hour of GMT (01:00–02:00 GMT). During this period, a number of Gemini business processes will be impacted, including:

• Within Day Auctions
• GB Renominations
• EU Nominations
