How you shaped our business plan for RIIO-2
Our business plan for the RIIO-2 period (2021-2026) has now been submitted to our regulator, Ofgem.
Over the last few years, we've carried out our most extensive ever engagement exercise to understand your priorities and future requirements.
We involved you through a 3 phase engagement process:
- established your priorities through our engagement exercise
- built the detail of our business plan with you
- checked our plan will deliver what you need.
We want to continue our engagement with you.
A link to our business plan is available below - please let us know what you think.
